Each item is made to order and takes 2-6 weeks to produce. If you need something by a specific date, please message us in advance to confirm. There may be delays or stock issues in the supply chain, and we will notify you if that happens. Returns and exchanges are not allowed due to the custom nature of each item. All items are custom embroidered and shipped from Wyoming. Please ensure your shipping information is correct when ordering. Tracking will be provided once the order is shipped.
