Embroidery size is roughly 9-10 inches depending on the design.
Due to varying screen coloration, lighting, and filters, the thread colors of the final product may differ slightly in person.
Care instructions: machine wash, hang to dry, do not bleach or iron, and do not wash with velcro or items that could damage the stitching.
Each item is made to order, and production is 2-6 weeks. If you need an item by a specific date, please message us prior so we can ensure the timeframe is feasible. Supply chains can be delayed or out of stock. We will reach out if there is a delay for any reason.
Due to the custom nature of each item, returns and exchanges are not permitted. However, if your item arrives damaged, please reach out immediately so we can correct the situation.
All items are custom embroidered and shipped from Wyoming. It is up to the customer to ensure shipping information is accurate when placing an order. Tracking information will be shared upon shipment of the order. Once the item is with the carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of The Wild Sun Collective. If your item(s) is lost, it is not the fault of The Wild Sun Collective, but we will do everything we can to help.
